This is great! And really important to review at the end of the school year when we are most burnt out. I think we all have moments when we are "in the zone" within our classrooms and feel needed and purposeful. When I see a child's eyes come to life through exploration I really am assured that TEACHER is the role for me. These moments are great fuel to help me push through the times when I am frustrated or unmotivated. And to be in a role where I can possibly facilitate a child discovering his/her passion….now that's special. Thanks for sharing!
